  • Tasting Notes:The 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon’s opaque purple color exemplifies perfectly ripe blackberries and juicy wild blueberries, layered with café mocha, sweet black licorice and dried sage. Upon first sip, tantalizing notes of cassis, blackberries and dark chocolate are nuanced with tealeaf, graphite and sweet pipe tobacco. An opulent mid-palate with gorgeous concentration, impressive tannic structure and incredible length enhance this expressive wine.
