2023 年 11 月 30 日星期四， 酒文集 (DVW) 在台北市美僑協會 (ACC) 舉辦了 AIT – ACC 假期葡萄酒晚宴。共有 22 位客人參加了晚宴，我們享用了一頓美味的大餐，並搭配了完美的葡萄酒。介紹了加州葡萄酒的各個方面，包括節日葡萄酒傳統介紹、餐廳點酒、高端葡萄酒與特色菜餚的搭配等。一個特別的方面是展示“熱紅酒”的配方，這是歐洲聖誕節的傳統。葡萄酒和食物的搭配可以在活動DM上查看。這是開始假期的好方法！

da Vinci Wine hosted the AIT – ACC Holiday Wine Dinner at the American Club, Taipei. The dinner was attended by 22 guests, and we enjoyed an excellent meal with perfectly paired wines. Many aspects of each California wine, Introducing Holiday Wine Traditions, Ordering wine in restaurants, and Pairing high-end wines with special dishes were presented. One special aspect was presenting a recipe for “mulled” wine, which is a European Christmas tradition. The Wines and the Food pairing can be viewed on the event DM. It was a great way to start the Holiday season!
2023/ 7/ 22 Prestige House品酒會
2023年7月22日星期六下午，da Vinci Wine很高興並榮幸地成為第一家在台北內湖Prestige House舉辦品酒會的葡萄酒商。 Prestige House 作為頂級烈酒（即單一麥芽威士忌、杜松子酒、白蘭地、利口酒等）的供應商而聞名，其精品店環境是最輕鬆、最優雅的 5 星級待遇！共有25位嘉賓，品嚐了4種不同的白葡萄酒和2種“中等重量”的紅葡萄酒，這些葡萄酒是專門為適應台灣炎熱的夏季天氣而挑選的。 Merlot Café & Bistro 的主廚 Harvey Liang 為您提供了豐盛的自助餐，包括沙拉、冷盤、奶酪和串燒。沒有人餓著肚子離開！da Vinci Wine的Sam Mar向來賓介紹了加州葡萄酒的各個方面及其在全球葡萄酒行業中的重要性，並介紹了所品嚐的每一款葡萄酒。我們要感謝 Prestige House CEO Steve Parker 及其員工的熱情款待和幫助，使本次活動取得成功。另外，感謝 Bob Chau 協調本次活動。大家都度過了愉快的時光！
On Saturday afternoon, July 22, 2023
da Vinci Wine was pleased and honored to be the first wine entity to hold a wine tasting at the esteemed Prestige House in Neihu, Taipei. Prestige House is particularly well-known as a purveyor of top-flight hard spirits, i.e., single malt whiskeys, gins, brandies, liqueurs, etc., in a boutique setting – the interior décor of Prestige House is a most relaxing and elegant 5-Star treatment! There were 25 guests, who enjoyed 4 different white wines and 2 “medium weight” red wines, which were selected specifically to be compatible with the hot Taiwan summer weather. A sumptuous buffet of salads, cold cuts, cheeses, and skewers was provided by Chef Harvey Liang of the Merlot Café & Bistro. No one went away hungry! Sam Mar of da Vinci introduced the guests to various aspects of California Wine, and its importance in the global wine industry, as well as introducing each of the wines tasted. We would like to thank Steve Parker, CEO of Prestige House, and his staff for their hospitality and assistance in making this event a success. Also, thanks to Bob Chau for coordinating this event. A good time was had by All!

當天享受西班牙的熱情，大家也是很熱絡，感謝講師 – Griselda 潘老師的講解，詳細且專業!!
來賓當天也是很熱烈，來回的問答以及反應也是肯定了我們這次新品酒款的品質，讓這些來賓也滿載而歸，感謝大家的支持!!
Spanish Wine Dinner 1/30/21
On Saturday evening, 1/30/21, da Vinci Wine held a Spanish Wine Dinner at the Casa de Amigos on Yanji Street, just off of Chung Hsiao East Road. The primary purpose of this event, besides having a good time with nice people, was to introduce our new wines, paired with excellent tapas. This Spanish Wine Dinner was a great success! Our Guest lecturer, Ms. Griselda Pan, who has wine certifications from France, Japan and the USA and also lived in Spain, provided a detailed explanation of the grape terroir and the winery, related to each particular Spanish wine. In addition, since Ms. Pan speaks fluent Spanish, she was able to provide accurate Spanish pronunciations of each wine. We’d like to thank Griselda for sharing her wine knowledge. The Spanish wines introduced included Vilarnau DO Cava Brut Nature Reserva, Bellori Verdejo, Torques do Vento Albarino, Senorio de Penalba Mencia, and el Astronomo Tinta de Toro (tempranillo). We would like to thank all of our guests, who attended our Wine Dinner on Saturday, 12/19/20, at the GUMGUM Restaurant in Neihu (“not only beer & wings” – 雞翅酒吧-內科店). There was plenty of excellent food and wine for this event, and everyone had a great time. We also wish to thank Mr. Jiang, restaurant supervisor, for making sure that the Wine Dinner well-presented and a fun event! This time, we did something a little different – instead of arranging a formal wine-and-food pairing, we allowed the participants to drink any wine with whatever food they wanted to pair it with! It was a test of everyone’s wine/ food pairing knowledge and was an interesting experiment. A few of the guests, who actually live in the United States now and are quite familiar with American fine wines, complemented our selection of wines from Napa and Sonoma. This was a nice confirmation of the quality of the wines which we offer.
2020 / 8/ 13 Chapter 1 開幕慶
Chapter One
一間非傳統式的葡萄酒專於8/7誕生於新店區的中華路上，結合酒吧、百老匯風格的裝潢裝飾，讓人覺得很有趣。
當天受邀參與開幕活動也是熱鬧非常，感謝老闆 林班 BEN 當天熱情招待!!
The grand opening of Chapter One, a cozy wine bar located on Chung Hua Road, Hsindien, occurred on Friday, August 7, 2020. It is a very cozy place to enjoy a glass of fine wine! Wines sampled included Moscato d-Asti, Matchbook Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Syrah, Syrah, and Federalist Honest Abe Red Blend. Many good friends and guests of the Owner, Ben Lin, and partner, Aven Cheng, attended the opening, along with Sam & Colleen Mar, and Robert Yu of da Vinci Wine. A good time was had by all, and we look forward to becoming “regulars” at Chapter One!
2020 / 7/ 26 Que Pasa Tapas＆Wine午宴
我們在台北市中心迪化街的Que Pasa Tapas＆Wine舉行了成功的葡萄酒午餐，老闆戴維·黃（David Huang）精心準備了一頓美食佳餚。
在用餐過程中，百夫長旅行社 徐峰堯（Mustapha Hsu）展示了摩洛哥風情介紹，這是一般人難以接觸到的體驗分享，搭配餐酒讓每個人都度過了愉快舒適的時光
On Sunday afternoon, July 26, 2020, da Vinci Wine held a Wine Luncheon at Que Pasa Tapas & Wine, in the Dihua Street area of Downtown Taipei. Wines introduced included Tinto Rey Estate Bottled Verdejo, Sanford Rose of Pinot Noir, Hanna Sauvignon Blanc, El Astronomo Tinta de Toro (special tempranillo), and Twirl Moscato. A lovely meal was prepared by Owner David Huang, and during the meal, Mustapha Hsu presented slides introducting “Travel in Morocco”. Everyone had an enjoyable time – and since it was raining heavily outside, a nice wine tasting was the proper place to be.
2020 / 7/ 31 Timber Bistro＆Wine 加州葡萄酒晚宴
這是一個滿座的夜晚，有24人參加。值得注意的是，音樂會鋼琴演奏家諸大明（Daming Zhu）和他的妻子愛倫（Ellen）及其朋友出席了餐會。店主 曹宏彥 先生（Bob Chau）更為所有的葡萄酒準備了搭配的菜餚，實現酒與餐點的完美搭配。
On Friday evening, July 31, 2020, an excellent Wine Dinner themed “A California Wine Dinner” was held at Timber Bistro & Wine, just off of the Ren-Ai Circle. It was a full house with 24 people attending. Of note, Concert Pianist Daming Zhu & his wife Ellen and their friends were in attendance. Bob Chau, Owner, prepared the variety of dishes to accompany all of the wines offered, including: Casa Gheller Prosecco, Sanford Rose of Pinot Noir, Twirl Pinot Grigio, Light Horse Pinot Noir, Black’s Station Yolo County Malbec, and Twirl Moscato was quite enjoyable. The discussions were lively, and everyone was certainly satisfied with the wine and food pairings.
