Upon entering the cypress-lined drive of Jamieson Ranch Vineyards, one is greeted by the awe-inspiring silhouette of the legendary stallion named Whiplash. His sculpture, intense with graceful movement, concedes a hint as to why this noble creature captured the hearts of all he graced with his beauty. Whiplash wines are spirited and bold just like their namesake. Our Winemaker Linda Trotta joined us in 2017, following three decades of experience. In 2018, Linda was named the North Bay Business Journal’s Napa Valley Winemaker of the Year.
The Zinfandel is made from selected grapes, and aged in 30% French Oak for 4 months.
