2019 Matchbook Estate 瓶裝赤霞珠是完全由我們的 Matchbook Wine Company 莊園之葡萄 且一貫裝瓶而製成。這款深紅寶石顏色葡萄酒散發出煙草、深色水果、丁香、紫羅蘭和摩卡的香氣。葡萄在小型溫控不銹鋼罐中被輕輕壓碎和發酵。使用特殊選擇的酵母組合 其用於增強顏色和風味提取,而不會產生粗糙的單寧。罐子每天抽水兩次,直到幾乎乾涸,無論是在法國、匈牙利或美國 其橡木桶中壓榨 並陳釀 14 個月份。

The 2019 Matchbook Estate Bottled Cabernet Sauvignon is crafted entirely from grape-to-bottle on our Matchbook Wine Company estate. Aromas of tobacco, dark fruit, clove, violet and mocha emerge from this deep-ruby colored wine. The grapes were gently crushed and fermented in small temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. A combination of specially selected yeast is used to enhance color and flavor extraction without harsh tannins. The tanks are pumped over twice a day until nearly dry, then pressed and aged the wine in a combination of French, Hungarian and American oak barrels for 14 months.

The dense flavors surround the tannins for a finish that is well-structured and smooth. This is a substantial Cabernet Sauvignon.  that will pair well with the big flavors of a slow roasted prime rib, a hearty beef stew or a sizzling New York strip steak.
